The 30-day deletion commitment
Once a valid account deletion request is received and verified, the account will be deleted or deactivated within 30 calendar days. You may lose access earlier as part of processing. Some information may need to be retained longer where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution; any retained information is kept only for the necessary purpose and period.
How to request deletion
For a future account-based app: use its account settings if a deletion option exists, or send a deletion request through our Contact page with subject “Account Deletion Request”. Include the email associated with your account. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card details, or other sensitive credentials.
Verification and processing
To prevent unauthorised deletion, we may ask you to verify ownership through the registered email or an authenticated account session. The 30-day period begins when the valid request is received and sufficient verification is completed. You may receive confirmation through our support channel.
What is removed
For implemented hosted accounts, account identifiers, profile information, and associated expense/budget data are scheduled for deletion or deactivation. Data kept solely to meet lawful obligations or protect against abuse may be retained for the legally necessary duration, with access restricted.
If you only used the website demo
The current demo has no sign-up, no server account, and no cloud-saved expense data. To remove demo data immediately, click “Reset demo” on the homepage or clear your browser’s local storage for this site. No 30-day wait is needed for this browser-only data.
Before you delete
Deletion may be permanent. Export or separately record any information you wish to keep before making a request. A deleted account may not be recoverable.
